Autonomy etalk's analysis capabilities can be applied to trading floor interactions for verifications, dispute resolution and fraud prevention. A search phrase can be entered along with metadata to further enhance the results by limiting items based on speaker, emotion, dates, caller ID data and duration. Ad hoc searching is also available in the active recording to examine other concepts that may be pertinent to the request for information. This solution additionally provides root cause analysis of suspicious transactions, enabling the organization to improve future transactions and minimize risk on the trading floor. Even if an interaction is recorded by a third party vendor, Autonomy etalk can integrate with the proprietary recording interface to perform an immediate voice analysis. By utilizing an aggregation services utility, Autonomy etalk's analytics tool can use metadata from the host database to locate the recording and perform analysis on the file in its original location for maximized efficiency.
