Application Setup and Design
For project sponsors, team leaders, senior leadership and other stakeholders, Application Setup and Design training provides etalk with the information to ensure you get a comprehensive solution that meets your needs. Application Setup and Design training includes an assessment of current call center procedures and an evaluation of key business goals. This two-day course is presented at your facility and is a first-step foundation class required for all Autonomy implementations.

Evaluation Design Workshop
The Evaluation Design Workshop is for call center and quality managers, trainers, and business analysts. This course teaches you how to design, create, implement and validate evaluations with Qfiniti™ Advise™. The workshop is an interactive session that educates you on how to manage the internal deployment of your solutions, including productivity measurements, quality scoring and more.

Product Administration
Autonomy offers a suite of training programs designed to teach supervisory-level personnel how to set up and use specific etalk products. Product Administration training is available at Autonomy, at your facility, or as an Autonomy etalk PRO™ online course.

End-User Training
When your team is ready to start using an Autonomy system, we offer comprehensive training for users at all levels. All end user training courses are available at Autonomy facilities, at your site, or as an Autonomy etalk PRO online course.

Train-the-Trainer
For organizations that provide their own end-user training, Autonomy offers courses designed to fully educate in-house instructors on the entire etalk product suite. These Train-the-Trainer courses prepare new and current users to effectively work with etalk systems, provide hands-on exercises and communicate the benefits of specific Autonomy software applications.

Technical Support Training
