Robust Functionality Qfiniti Web Access streams contact center recordings over the Internet or enterprise Intranet, giving users direct and immediate access to data. With Qfiniti Web Access, users can:
- Play back recordings using voice only, screens only, or voice and screens configuration
- Search for recordings by CTI metadata, such as ANI, DNIS, caller, date, or agent
- Attach a classification or coaching notes to a recording
- Perform agent evaluation scorecards with question branching functionality
Secure Access Qfiniti Web Access delivers secure access and playback functionality to ensure only authorized users can hear and view critical contact center data. Standard security includes HTTPS, data encryption, password controls, user permissions, and optional client-side certificates. Additional security is provided by streaming recordings through the user interface rather than enabling users to download recordings onto their personal computers. Simplified Management Qfiniti Web Access allows managers to easily define group and individual permission settings for recordings, evaluations, and reporting analysis. Advanced business rules-based permissions give administrators maximum flexibility in managing both internal and external client-based access. Localization Qfiniti Web Access is localized based on the regional settings of the end-user’s Windows application, including the local language, dates, times, currency, and other regional standards. Qfiniti Web Access supports localization in a variety of regions throughout North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
