Managers can use Qfiniti Expert to analyze knowledge retention by incorporating quizzes that test the agent’s ability to recall and use course information. When responses are incorrect, coaching comments can be pushed out to agents. Agents can review quiz scores immediately, and retake training to further improve their knowledge.
