etalk Appoints Timothy Barker as Chief Financial Officer
Irving, TX - March 10, 2003 - e-talk Corporation, the global leader of performance impact solutions, announced today it has named Tim Barker as its chief financial officer. Barker comes to etalk from Dallas-based SOURCECORP, formerly known as F.Y.I. Incorporated, one of the nation's leading providers of business process outsourcing solutions. Barker has a strong background in financial management, organizational strategy and operational efficiency and will be a key addition to etalk´s senior leadership team. Barker will manage etalk´s corporate operations including Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Legal and Information Technology.

A veteran finance and strategy executive, Barker joins etalk having served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for F.Y.I. Incorporated. While at F.Y.I., Barker was responsible for the overall financial operation and relationships with the investment community. He was instrumental in researching and successfully completing the company´s 60 acquisitions, which increased F.Y.I.´s revenue and net income in excess of 60 percent annually.
